From coordinating reports and documentation to monitoring progress against action plans, your contributions will be instrumental in driving our success.What skills and experience do you need?We’re on the lookout for someone experienced in various administrative processes and procedures. You will have a proven track record of mentoring others and working within a customer-focused Asset Management administration team. You thrive in collaborative environments, bringing proactive and solutions-based approaches to the table. This role is about excellent communication skills, working together to find solutions and improving how we manage our properties.Your job will involve managing property records, organising, checking, and updating property information in our system. Attention to detail is a must, especially for keeping track of our data and making sure we meet all our reporting requirements.To apply, you should have at least an NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration.Knowing about the Welsh Housing Quality Standard and building-related terms would be a plus.This is a chance to tackle a varied and challenging role, making a real difference to our homes and communities.What are the pay and benefits?
- The salary for this role is £30,139 for a Full Time, Permanent role at 37 hours per week
- As an Assets Business Support Co-Ordinator, you will have an Agile workstyle.
- There will be an element of your role where you will be expected to work from our Swansea office when required and to visit our sites during development and handover stages. There will be occasions where collaboration days will be at our Newport office too. Your office will be Swansea.
- 26 days holiday entitlement plus Bank holidays , rising to 30 days with length of service
- The role requires a basic DBS which we pay for.
