Job description: I am working with a reputable Housing Association based in the South West, who are looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting all core systems.This role will be a fantastic opportunity for an established Business Systems Analyst to join a growing organisation.Your day to day will be varied but you can expect to:– Provide technical support and maintenance for core systems, ensuring smooth operation and minimal downtime.– Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into technical solutions.– Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve system issues promptly.– Assist in the implementation of system upgrades and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.To excel in this role, you will have:– Strong technical skills, with proficiency in business analysis techniques and methodologies.– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.– Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.– Experience in conducting system testing, troubleshooting, and user training.– Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.My client if offering a salary of £40,000 with potential for growth to £43,000 following successful completion of probation.
