Job description: Business Systems Analyst required for a leading client based down in Brownhills, Walsall. My client is currently seeking a Business Systems Analyst to come on board to gain insight into business processes and requirements, and devise systems for enhancing these processes. Develop functional specifications intended for utilisation by either the internal development team or third-party suppliers.Key skills:

  • Previous Business Systems Analysis experience
  • Comprehend business processes and requirements to devise system designs aimed at enhancing efficiency.
  • Generate functional specifications for use by either the internal development team or third-party suppliers.
  • Implement new systems in alignment with the business plan.
  • Assist in creating test scripts.
  • Ensure adherence to required security and audit standards for any new systems.
  • Provide 3rd line support as needed, within or outside of regular working hours.
  • Oversee smaller IT change projects.
  • Facilitate effective communication with other functions to foster mutual understanding and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Manage and execute work activities in a manner that prioritizes the safety, health, and welfare of colleagues and customers.
  • Collaborate with developers to produce accurate estimates.
