Due to continued success and future business growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Business Systems Support Analyst to join our team based at either our Group head office in Barlborough, Chesterfield or our Wakefield office.
The Role

Joining our team as a Group Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for providing support to the wider business on application issues raised by colleagues. You will record, monitor, and resolve any issues through to completion, to ensure that the system can be fully utilised throughout the business.
You will be based at either the Barlborough office or the Wakefield office and there will be travelling involved to Barlborough on occasions.
Key duties and requirements
You will also be responsible for but not limited to;
- Provide support for business applications software to end users at all levels of the business.
- Ensure that the Helpdesk system is regularly maintained so that users are kept updated on the progress of their tickets.
- Ensure all key business applications e.g. Coins, CRM are effectively supported within the agreed SLA’s.
- Escalate support calls to appropriate third parties where applicable and hold weekly reviews to track progress.
- Take part in version updates to the business application to include the required testing plans, feedback and review before any upgrade takes place.
- Assist the Business Systems Manager to ensure that adequate system controls are in place
Who are we looking for?
To be successful as our Group Business Systems Analyst, you will have proven experience working in a similar role, providing ERP support as part of an IT function.
To be considered for this role you must also possess;
- COINS ERP experience would be advantageous
- Good organisational skills
