They are seeking a talented Capital Accounting Specialist to join our Finance team on a Fixed Term Contract.As a Capital Accounting Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimising the financial resources allocated for capital projects.Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee the financial aspects of capital budgets including asset valuations
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with project managers, finance colleagues, and external stakeholders
- Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations for decision-making
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date capital asset records
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in capital accounting or financial management
- Operational experience in a finance and budgetary setting
- Knowledge of financial regulations and procedures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
