Job description: We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills to join our friendly booking team at the William Harvey Hospital. The ideal candidate will be IT literate and work well under pressure in a busy environment and able to work accurately and effectively using your own initiative as part of a team.We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable candidate who ideally would be resilient and flexible to deliver a positive experience to all patients and service providers by the provision of an efficient, confidential and professional service.Working hours are 37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday 8am – 4pmMain duties of the jobWe manage a high amount of referrals into the Cardiology department, we aim to book the patients within a reasonable timeframe to progress their pathways.That’s why if you are passionate about people, you’re the perfect fit for us, if you are someone who can bring your valuable skills behind the scenes.Our vision is great healthcare from great people if you are great at what you do and want to work in an environment where you can give your best, come and be part of us!About usWe are one of the largest hospital trusts in England, with five hospitals and community clinics serving a local population of around 800,000 people.
