Salary: £4,617pa inclusive

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Caretaker/Maintenance Officer

The successful candidate will be expected to carry out general caretaking/maintenance tasks across our Mottingham Campus and improve the safety and appearance of the Campus

The ideal candidate will have sound and proven practical skills in electrical maintenance and a good working knowledge of building fabric, plumbing repairs and maintenance. Additional elements of the role will include porterage and general caretaking duties. This will include setting alarms and opening and locking of premises. The role will require occasional weekend attendance.
