Catering Assistant (part-time) at University of Cambridge
Job Description
Hours: 19.5 hours per week (exclusive of meal breaks)
Selwyn College wishes to appoint a part-time Catering Assistant to join our friendly Catering Department.
Reporting to the College Butler and Hall Supervisors, the successful applicant will carry out a variety of tasks in the Servery, Dining Hall and Fellows High Table and will support the Head of Catering to meet College objectives.
Applicants must be polite, friendly, reliable and well-presented and have a passion for delivering the highest standards of customer service. Our Catering Department has a 5 Star food hygiene rating and all of our waiting staff must be able to work to a high standard of cleaning and hygiene. Previous experience of working in a catering environment is desirable, although training will be provided. If you are interested in working with our friendly and dedicated team and gaining exceptional catering and hospitality experience in a high-profile and historic setting, we would be excited to meet you.
