An independent construction and property consultancy are seeking a CDM & Principal Design Director to join their team.
The CDM & Principal Design Director will be responsible for leading and managing the PD/CDM team across the company.
The successful CDM & Principal Design Director will be joining an organisation who have built a strong reputation in the construction industry, offering professional and seamless service to their clients.
ABOUT THE ROLE
About the role:
The successful CDM & Principal Design Director will be responsible for:
- Leading and directing the CDM/Principal Design team by setting out objectives and strategies
- Defining design strategies and visions for the organisation
- Actively involved in the business development, growth, and services of the company
- Providing specialist CDM advice to support designers and Project Managers

About the requirements:
- Previously worked as a CDM/Principal Design Director
- CMIOSH qualified
- Proven team leadership
- Knowledge of Health and Safety Legislation and CDM 2015
