Job description: A Senior IT Change analyst/Manager is required to work on some exciting high profile projects. You will have strong IT Change analysis, Management experience, with good knowledge of IT Service Management Tools (ideally ServiceNow), ITIL and change management processes and procedures. You must have excellent stakeholder management, communication skills and be able to work within a fast-paced challenging environment. Any experience of insurance/financial services or highly regulated companies would be advantageous though not essential.The Senior IT Change Analyst will involve liaising with the business, stakeholders, dealing with and managing all of the IT change within the business, working across all of the projects, supporting 200 users, 100 applications, dealing with the IT Change requests, organising and managing the CAB meetings, ensuring all change policies and processes are up to date, and conducting post-change reviews. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career and progress within the company. The role would be majority remote with 1 day per month onsite in West Yorkshire.As the IT Change Analyst you will have the following:
