DNA have partnered with a renowned Creative & Production Studio to help them find a Chief Growth Officer. The agency goes beyond being a mere creative and production studio; they serve as the masterminds behind digital-first creative campaigns that consistently receive recognition across social, AR, out-of-home, and experiential platforms.Role Overview:
The Chief Marketing Officer will report directly to the Global CEO and will play a pivotal role in steering the studio’s growth, involving the implementation of a forward-thinking prospecting strategy and activating a communication plan to elevate their external and internal brand standing.Roles and Responsibilities:

• Create and execute contact strategies and prospecting materials tailored to diverse market landscapes.
• Spearhead the prospecting strategy using insights from our global offices.
• Cultivate relationships with key intermediaries to position the studio for prime pitch opportunities.
• Execute integrated communication plans aligned with the studio’s Communications Strategy.
• Strengthen the reach and quality of thought leadership and communications.
• Identify compelling stories and topics to ensure the studio remains a key voice in relevant subjects.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with media and influential professionals.
• Oversee the execution of social strategy and manage PR and corporate events.
• Identify speaking opportunities for key studio representatives.
• Enhance internal information sharing and encourage cross-office collaboration.
• Collaborate with client leads and Managing Directors for organic growth.
• Manage new business and marketing budgets, tracking success and costs.
• Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of Business Development opportunities.

Job Requirements:

• Proven success in Business Development roles.
• Track record in Senior Leadership Business Development roles.
• Strong strategic mindset and business acumen.
• Familiarity with advertising/marketing agencies and global markets.
• Ability to navigate change management and transformational change.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, able to work independently and provide board-level insights.
