- Extensive post registration experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Leadership skills
- Ability to deal with and resolve conflict
- People management skills
- Ability to adapt to change and manage pressurised clinical situations
- Ability to use initiative in complex situations
- Able to critically analyse and apply research to the clinical setting

- Clinical supervision experience

QualificationsEssential
- Degree/Diploma in Nursing or equivalent experience
- Current Paediatric NMC Registration

- Mentorship Course or equivalent

- Paediatric Advanced Life Support course/ European Paediatric Life Support Leadership course
