Have you got experience managing and leading a team of civil engineers? Are you experienced in business development and winning work?

We have a unique opportunity for a Managing Director to join our client’s new sister company which will sit alongside their structures group.

You will be given the opportunity to grow the company with the support of the wider group and you will be given the freedom to develop your own business strategy and client relationships.

There is a strong pipeline of work from projects within the wider group. You will be focused initially on the below-ground drainage and highway designs associated with building developments. Projects such as residential apartments and houses, schools, industrial buildings etc. Within the company, they have a very established structures team and a team of 3 experienced Civil Engineers/ Technicians already in place. This ensures the right candidate will be in a strong position to start.

The ideal candidate will have extensive UK experience at a consultancy, preferably London experience, be chartered with MICE, be technically strong with software, as well as have experience leading project delivery, building/ maintaining client relationships and awareness of commercial challenges within residential developments.
