Job description: Title: Cleaning ManagerLocation: Port Talbot, SA13 1YASalary: £13.00Shift Pattern: Monday to Saturday from 17:00 – 22:00 (30 hours)A fantastic opportunity has arisen within Bidvest Noonan for a Cleaning Manager to join the team and work at our client’s prestigious site.All our Managers must have experience supporting and influencing a small to medium team of cleaning operative whilst also getting involved in cleaning duties. You will need to have a positive and can do attitude, and a real passion for managing a team.Duties as a Cleaning Manager:
- Cleaning duties which including, vacuuming, dusting and cleaning, wiping surface areas and making sure all areas are neat and tidy
- Performing general sweeping, scrubbing, and mopping
- Look after a small team in a supermarket environment
- Disposing of trash from bins and containers
- Polishing if necessary
- Scrubbing sinks, basins, and toilets in bathrooms
- Cleaning windows, glass surfaces, if needed
Job role requirements as a Cleaning Manager:
- Comfortable working alone and in a team
- Able to commit to flexibility in shifts
- Ability to prioritise and manage an ever-changing workload
- Experience would be preferred however full training will be provided
