What’s the role?
You will be working as part of the new Lewisham Cleaning Service at Ladywell Children Centre/Watergate School. You must be available to work from 16:00 – 18:30 – Mon-Fri.

What we’re looking for
We are looking for Cleaning Operatives who are flexible and can travel across the Lewisham Borough. You will be responsible in cleaning the building/s that are assigned to you to an excellent standard, and must be able to carry out all duties that are mentioned in the job description.
You must be:-
- A Hard worker
- A Good communicator with good organisation skills
- A Flexible worker
- able to have an eye for detail
- able to work cohesively as part of a team or independently
- an excellent timekeeper
Location
You will be based at Ladywell Children Centre/Watergate School.
There are 33 buildings in the Cleaning Portfolio – you will primarily be cleaning buildings that are allocated which is subject to Service Delivery changes.
Special conditions
- To be able to work between 16:00 – 18:30
- Able to carry out all tasks highlighted in the job description
- This post is subject to the Enhanced DBS check

Salary
£27,711 – £28,128 per annum pro rata (Scale 2)
N.B: All appointments will be offered at the minimum spinal column point (SCP) for the grade of the role. The only exception to this will be when matching current salary (up to the maximum of the scale), which is subject to evidential proof.
