Job description: I have a fantastic opportunity for a permanent cleaning operative to work in a high security site in Capenhurst. You will be working for one of the largest Facilities Management Companies in the UK.
Monday – Thursday 8am – 4pm & Friday 8am – 2pm
Responsibilities:
– Clean and maintain designated areas, including but not limited to offices, restrooms, and common areas
– Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
– Emptying trash receptacles and disposing of waste properly
– Sanitizing surfaces and replenishing supplies as needed
– Reporting any maintenance or repair issues to the supervisor
– Adhering to safety guidelines and protocols while performing cleaning tasks
Requirements:
– Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services preferred
– Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment usage
– Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
– Strong attention to detail and time management skills
– Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
– Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanour
