We’re currently seeking a passionate Cleaner to become an integral part of our family.As our Cleaning Operative, you’ll do more than just clean. You’ll play a crucial role in creating and maintaining a clean, safe, and organised environment that enhances the health, safety, and productivity of our team. Are you ready to deliver WOW with a ‘Yes we can’ attitude?At Fundamentals, we believe in fostering a culture of inclusivity and support and as such you should be able to be flexible to attend our quarterly business reviews, as well as our Summer and Christmas events, allowing you to truly feel like a valued member of our team.Hours of work: An average of 20 hrs per week, Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 2pm – 8pm. Deep clean – one Saturday (or Sunday) per month: 8am – 4pmAs our Cleaning Operative, your responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness in key areas like the canteen, kitchenette, and restrooms, occasionally performing general maintenance tasks, you will manage incoming deliveries and may be required to make deliveries in a Company van as and when required, conducting monthly deep cleaning, and keeping our Company vans spotless. Your meticulous attention to detail will ensure a safe and welcoming environment for our team.Cleaning Operative Requirements:
- Previous cleaning operative and basic maintenance experience is beneficial but not essential for the right candidate
- A hands-on approach to your work and a keen eye for detail
- The ability to carry out your tasks independently
- A full UK driving licence and able to drive a delivery van
- Motivation and a ‘Yes we can’ attitude to getting work done
