Job description: Are you an experienced Cleaning Supervisor looking for an opportunity to take your career to the next level? JPC By Samsic is currently seeking an eager and motivated Cleaning Senior Supervisor for a vital role within our organization.

Shift hours are Monday to Friday primarily from 8am to 5pm- but need to be flexible.

As the Cleaning Senior Supervisor, you will have the important responsibility of overseeing the daily operation of our cleaning staff members. You will coordinate all cleaning projects as well as ensuring tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner. You will be tasked with training, scheduling, and managing our cleaning personnel to guarantee that our business areas are clean and presentable. Additionally, you will be involved in the interviewing and hiring process for new staff members and ensure that cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard.

To thrive in this role, you should have a strong work ethic and a great attention to detail. You should also possess excellent organizational skills, customer service experience, and be an effective communicator. Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations is essential as well.
