The role will require communicating effectively with customers whether via the telephone or email & responsible for a range of administrative tasks, supporting the Maintenance Manager.You will also be required to lead and develop a small cleaning team, responsible for their output while working closely with the Maintenance Manager and be willing to contribute to the workings of the wider FM team on siteFor more information please download our job profile available on our website.This role is based out of the Bournemouth University, the working hours for this role are Monday to Friday 14:30 – 23:30 with one Saturday per Month working 12:00 – 21:00.More about youDerwent FM are looking for a driven, ambitious and organised candidate to drive improvements and standards in the current cleaning team. An energetic individual capable of working on their own and also within a team is essential to fulfil this roleYou will have previous line management experience and significant experience in a similar cleaning role. Good knowledge of Health & Safety issues is essential as is a knowledge and understanding of COSHH and how to carry out a risk assessment.
