- Train new cleaning staff members on proper cleaning procedures, equipment usage, and safety protocols.
- Schedule and assign cleaning tasks to team members, ensuring all areas are cleaned according to established standards and schedules.
- Inspect work performed by cleaning staff to ensure quality and compliance with company standards.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed.
- Monitor and report any maintenance or repair needs for cleaning equipment.
- Address and resolve any issues or complaints regarding cleaning services.
- Implement and enforce safety procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with management to develop and update cleaning protocols and procedures.
- Conduct performance evaluations for cleaning staff and provide feedback for improvement.
Requirements: * Proven experience as a cleaning supervisor or similar role.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemicals.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Attention to detail and high standards for cleanliness.
