Job description: Cleaning Supervisor- Bristol – £12 p/h (increasing in April)Are you looking for a job that will give you a work / life balance? We are currently recruiting for a cleaning supervisor to work on a permanent contract at one of the busy sites in Filton area.Previous cleaning & supervisory experience is a must as well as driving licence.Monday to Friday 6am-2:30pmThe Reward:

Key Responsibilities of the cleaner role include:
- Supervise the team effectively.
- Ensure the highest level of cleaning standards are met within your team
- Coach and support team with any training or day to day issues that may arise.
- Complete audits and produce reports on cleaning standards.
- Maintain staff rota’s and ensure all areas are covered.
- Carry out return to work interviews for staff that have been absent.
- Hold performance reviews with new starters and existing staff.
- Undertake and record all training.
In order to be successful, you’ll need to have:
- Experience working in a similar role
- Ability to be able to work quickly in an organised manner
- Proficient use of basic types of cleaning equipment
- Eye for details and a passion for cleanliness.
