A new Cleanroom Cleaning and MicronLab Business Development Manager vacancy has arisen in our fast growing company. This is a fantastic opportunity for a successful candidate to join our cleanroom cleaning team.

Location: Home based (UK)

Job Title: Cleanroom Cleaning and MicronLab Business Development Manager

Job Type: Permanent Full Time

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm (with half an hour unpaid break)

Salary Range: £28,000 – £36,000 (dependent on qualifications and experience) + company car + commission

Job Role and Key Responsibilities

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and developing Business Development Manager to join the business at an exciting stage in its growth plans. Demand for our products and services are currently unprecedented and therefore there is substantial scope for personal development and wider experience gain.

This is a new role within the business and is a fantastic opportunity for the individual to focus on the core objective of Cleanroom Cleaning and Laboratory services sales whilst maintaining and providing organic growth to meet set KPI’s and targets and working towards the company’s Strategic Objectives.

The role’s key responsibilities include:

  • Full cost responsibility for the customers/prospects within your region, providing a high margin / profitable/ effective service.
  • Managing and delivering on a range of appropriate KPI’s.
  • Being consistent with our sales/service message to customers/prospects and take every opportunity to add value and continuously improve customers/prospect experience.
  • To understand all customer/prospects needs and requirements to allow you to exceed their expectations.
  • Propose strategic changes, business improvements and new product/service ideas through the corporate innovation mechanism.
  • As a member of the Sales & Service Team uphold the direction of the business appropriate to the SKIE’s values and in conjunction with other team members.
  • The Business Development Manager is responsible for payment compliance to terms and intervention where necessary to ensure conformance.

Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications required:

Essential

  • A comprehensive understanding of our Cleanroom Cleaning product range, services and the customers/ prospects needs and requirements.
  • A thorough knowledge of our internal systems and processes.
  • Good IT skills in the use of Microsoft office products.
  • Clear and effective communication.
  • High level or organisation and prioritisation.
  • The ability to work as part of a high performing team and also autonomously.
  • Experience of winning new business.
  • Good at building customer relationships.
  • Full, valid UK/EU driving license.
