  • The ability to provide support for administrative processes within the school
  • Outstanding communication and organisational skills to work within the context of a busy and pressurised work environment.
  • The ability to support the head teacher in maintaining the school budget and monthly financial reports.
  • Excellent written skills, ICT competency in all Microsoft Packages.
  • Experience of using the Teacher Centre and other online school support programmes and services and an understanding of standard school processes and procedures is desirable.
  • The ability to work securely with confidential information and have a comprehensive understanding of the importance of safeguarding within schools.
  • An ability to work as part of a cohesive team working closely with the Head Teacher, staff, governors and parents in supporting a warm and caring school ethos for our incredible children.
