Job description: Intapp is looking for a Client Success Analyst Intern to handle client inquiries and add-on projects while providing a high level of support to the Intapp DealCloud platform user community. You will work closely with our Client Success team to ensure a seamless experience with the Intapp DealCloud platform. If you get excited about delivering outstanding, memorable experiences, facilitating creative solutions, this is the role for you.In this role, you will hone your organizational skills and learn the art of prioritization to treat all clients like they are your only ones.What you will do:Assist the team with client questions regarding training, platform configuration, workflow, and new processesAnalyze success metrics to determine adoption trends and collaborate with Client Success Managers on how to improve adoption for specific clientsJoin in on calls with clientsWork on small projects surrounding data cleanup, reporting/analysis on trends within client requests, and/or documenting how-to knowledge articlesWhat you will need:Strong Excel skills and competency with Windows OS and Microsoft Office suite requiredStrong written and verbal communication skills, and be able to work effectively in partnership with clientsSuperior troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilitiesSelf-motivated, strong work ethicStrong organizational skills and an effective plannerIn the second or final year of undergraduate business, computer science degree or other related degrees.
