- Provide an excellent standard of customer service and care to all our customers with patience and empathy
- Perform and co-ordinate administrative and scheduling duties
- Work with other team members to ensure that that they are performing their allocated roles
- Collaborate in service improvement and development
- Assist with all customer facing / product advice / operational aspects of the showroom as required
- Ensure that the showroom is kept to the correct standards
Personal Specification:
- Strong team player
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with customers and other staff members
- Good verbal skills and a polite manner with customers and staff
- The ability to learn and adapt to a changing environment
- Good numerical skills
- Prior retail or healthcare experience not required as full training will be provided
- Be prepared to undergo a DBS check
