  • Provide an excellent standard of customer service and care to all our customers with patience and empathy
  • Perform and co-ordinate administrative and scheduling duties
  • Work with other team members to ensure that that they are performing their allocated roles
  • Collaborate in service improvement and development
  • Assist with all customer facing / product advice / operational aspects of the showroom as required
  • Ensure that the showroom is kept to the correct standards

  • Strong team player
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with customers and other staff members
  • Good verbal skills and a polite manner with customers and staff
  • The ability to learn and adapt to a changing environment
  • Good numerical skills
  • Prior retail or healthcare experience not required as full training will be provided
  • Be prepared to undergo a DBS check

  • Servicing and testing of equipment
