Location: Remote with occasional office attendance in the North West
Salary: Up to £45,000

My North West client, an established law firm are looking for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor for their friendly, supportive and structured team, where will be able to contribute to a friendly and collaborative work culture from the comfort of your own home.
Responsibilities:

As a Clinical Negligence Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload of fast track and multi-track clinical negligence files. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Conducting detailed investigations into clinical negligence claims.
• Assessing the viability of claims and advising clients on potential outcomes.
• Collaborating with medical experts and professionals.
• Negotiating settlements and representing clients in court when necessary.
• Providing empathetic and professional support to clients throughout the legal process.

Requirements:

We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications and experience:

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a focus on Clinical Negligence.
• Proven experience in managing a caseload of fast track and multi-track clinical negligence files.
• Strong analytical and investigative skills.
• Excellent negotiation and litigation abilities.
• Compassionate and client-focused approach.

Work Environment:

This is predominantly a remote position, offering flexibility and autonomy. However, candidates must be available for an initial two-week office induction and training period, as well as occasional ad-hoc team days and training sessions in the North West office.
