Job description: An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, dynamic, highly motivated, hardworking individual to join a friendly and dedicated team, in the Medical Day Unit. The job role is varied and requires individuals who can adapt well, manage all duties effectively and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. You will need to be reliable, flexible and hardworking with excellent communication and IT skills. Delivery of deadlines is key to this role. You will be expected to work with other members of the team as well as individually, using your own initiative.Main duties of the jobWorking as part of an administration team on the Medical Day Unit, supervising 2 Band 2 Administration Assistant’s.Collaborating with the Unit Manager and Operational support to ensure patients pathway are managed effectively.About usWe are one of the largest hospital trusts in England, with fivehospitals and community clinics serving a local population of around 800,000 people.
