Working with members of the IT Team, the MSP/MSSP and external vendors to successful resolution and deployment of solutionsAttend and contribute to regular MSP/MSSP Service Management and review meetingMotivate, mentor and train members of the IT Team, sharing knowledge and aiding personal growth and developmentWorking with the IT Team and MSP/MSSP to harden security posture, configure, enhance and streamline the Azure and wider IT and SaaS environment, associated systems and infrastructureIn partnership with the MSP/MSSP, manage the Azure, WVD/AVD, InTune infrastructure, IT Assets and Inventory to secure and detailed standardsEnsure all in-scope systems operate securely and efficientlyProactive security hardening of the environment and IT estate, meeting or exceeding best-practice wherever possibleFollow established procedures for identifying and remediating security vulnerabilitiesConduct and document regular firewall audit reviews, scrutinising policies, rulesets, access controls, VPN’s, networking to industry standards, e.g. ISO 27001, PCI DSSEstablish positive working relationships within the business, and with key stakeholders and 3rd parties, with a particular focus on day-to-day and project activities with the MSP and MSSPSkills in as many areas as possible of the below: PowerShellQualys VMDRMicrosoft InTune, Autopilot, Azure AD and Group Policy AdministrationAzure Virtual/Windows DesktopsMicrosoft Defender full stack (cloud, endpoint, server),TeamsSharePointOffice 365Palo Alto Firewall administration and configureWhat’s on Offer: £70,000 – £80,000 15%-20% Bonus 13% Pension contribution 31 days annual leave Hybrid Working (2 days a week in Cannon Street Office)Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
