Job description: CNC Print operator – Print ShopWe are a leading point-of-sale company seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Print operator to join our team. you will be responsible for the preparation and operation of screen printing machinery, printing with UV and Solvent ink on various substrates, and ensuring overall knowledge in the screen printing process.Responsibilities:
– Prepare the screen for printing, including coating, exposing, and washing.
– Set up and operate manual screen printing machinery.
– Print using UV and Solvent ink on various substrates, with a focus on plastic materials.
– Mix ink according to Pantone references.
– Ensure overall knowledge and understanding of the screen printing process.Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Screen Printing Technician or in a similar role.
– Proficient in preparing screens, including coating, exposing, and washing.
– Strong knowledge and expertise in setting up and operating manual screen printing machinery.
– Experience in printing with UV and Solvent ink on various substrates, particularly plastic.
– Ability to accurately mix ink using Pantone references.
– Thorough understanding of the screen printing process from start to finish.
– Attention to detail and a high level of precision in executing printing tasks.
– Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
