Job description: Our Role
As our Data Analyst, you will help us shape how we use data as a business analysing spend data from our various systems you will identify trends and areas of inefficiency and then produce MI to enable us to enhance overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities
You will convert legacy reports to new automated MI solutions
You will assist in the production of key financial reporting such as Monthly Cash, WIP & Debt, and Performance reporting.
You will collate KPI data for key clients and be able to articulate the results via report submission for monthly meetings
You will support all Regional Commercial teams in data analysis to support payment claims and contractual queries.
You will produce and present data to management to introduce a change culture
You will establish data governance; designing and implementing technology best practices, guidelines and development standards
You will develop and document new MI solutions such as reports, dashboards, KPIs including data visualisation layers
You will diagnose and fix issues with existing reports/dashboards
Technical Skills
Advanced Excel capabilities, particularly those that complement Power BI functionality
