c. 5 YRS’ PQE MINIMUMWe are working with a leading retail and consumer brand, recruiting a commercial IP lawyer to join the team on a temp to perm basis to advise on a wide range of agreements and matters pertaining to IP, marketing and advertising.The role is varied, focusing on a broad range of marketing and branding deals with collaborators, influencers, artists, content creators as well as innovation and some potentially contentious IP related matters. Previous in-house experience in retail, marketing, creative, media or advertising sectors will be helpful.The successful candidate will have a solid grounding in commercial IP matters including marketing agreements and good training and qualifications.
