Its clients are commercial business, not-for-profit organisations, government agencies and private individuals.
The firm is seeking an NQ-5 years’ PQE Commercial Property Solicitor to join its Tier 1 team based in Southampton.
- My client offers flexible hybrid working (office/remotely from home).
The team deals with matters a range of matters including investors, developers, banks, occupiers, local authorities and charities.
We are seeking applicants with the following skills as there will be a wide variety of quality work including:
- Commercial development
- Acquisition disposals
- Licences and including financial development
- Secured lending
- Investment and asset management
- Landlord and tenant matters
You will also have the opportunity to work alongside some key figures in the Commercial Property legal field in the South East region.
