Job description

A hugely successful professional services and corporate solutions organisation are looking to hire into their support team within the Internal Communications division.

This role is an initial 12 month fixed term contract position to work as a Communications Assistant working within a small team reporting directly into the Communications Manager.

Some of the key responsibilities of the role are:

  • Support the delivery of all internal communication across the business
  • Working closely across multiple business functions to ensure high level of engagement
  • Help maintain various communication channels, the intranet and internal engagement mechanisms

A large part of the role will be responsible for the production of:

  • Regular internal communication publications
  • Project plans and activity trackers
  • Presentation Packs
  • Mailbox and calendar management
  • Administration maintenance tasks

Suitable applicants for this role will be able to demonstrate previous experience working in an administrative function (ideally in a professional services/corporate environment.

  • You will ideally have experience with internal communications
  • Be able to produce accurate, interesting and relevant content
  • Must be able to prioritise work
  • Be comfortable and confident speaking to various internal stakeholders from peers up to senior management level
  • Happy to get stuck in and work closely with a small team all looking for positive outcomes

This role offers an interesting and wide ranging set of responsibilities, will allow you to develop various skill-sets and also make a real impact within the business.

The role offers hybrid working (3 in office and 2 at home) and although an initial 12 month fixed term contract there could well be scope for a permanent position.
