Job description: Are you a savvy communicator with a knack for digital marketing?Join my leading client’s team in Colchester and take on a pivotal role as their new Communications and Digital Marketing Officer. As they embark on a journey of growth and expansion, they’re bringing this crucial function in-house, ready to elevate their brand presence across PR and digital platforms.Your Mission will include:
- Craft and execute innovative marketing and communication strategies tailored to diverse stakeholders.
- Drive brand awareness through compelling PR and social media campaigns.
- Curate engaging content across various channels and analyse performance for continuous improvement.
- Manage their online presence, from website maintenance to Google AdWords and SEO optimisation.
- Flex your creative muscles with graphic design for both online and offline materials, ensuring adherence to brand standards.
- Leverage multimedia content including video, photography, and podcasts to enrich their digital footprint.
- Lead projects and campaigns, serving as a liaison between internal and external partners while ensuring timely delivery and clear communication.
- Nurture media relationships and explore opportunities for brand exposure.
- Support internal communication efforts to keep our team informed and engaged.
Essential Requirements:
- Proven track record in web content management and social media strategy.
- Strong design skills with proficiency in graphic design software is a desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills adaptable to various audiences.
- Tech-savvy mindset with a quick grasp of new tools and platforms.
- Valid driver’s license and access to transportation, as travel to other offices will be part of the role.
