Job description: NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is one of the largest healthcare systems in the UK employing around 40,000 staff in a wide range of clinical and non-clinical professions and job roles. We deliver acute hospital, primary, community and mental health care services to a population of over 1.15 million and a wider population of 2.2 million when our regional and national services are included.

The shift pattern is Monday-Friday 08.30-17.00.

The post holder will provide an effective general administrative/reception service, across several sites, providing peripatetic cover several sites within our HSCP.

The post holder will deal pleasantly with clients, members of the public and staff. The range of tasks will include: general reception; general typing of reports/letters/statistical information; updating databases, data input, record management, filing, recording messages for clinicians and general office duties as required.

The post holder will provide general administration support for the building and other service users.
