Women in Data has a growing community of 60,000 members and hosts the largest female data event.The role works within a highly skilled, close-knit team and reports into the Community Director. There are exciting opportunities to travel to events across the UK and overseas, to the locations of our high-profile partner brands, such as Lloyds Banking Group, Deloitte and Asda, to tell the stories of our partnership and the real women it affects.The Role:
- Creating registration functions for new events
- Liaising with our marketing agency to edit webinar recordings
- Webinar caption checking and highlighting corrections that need to be made
- Responding to queries from members
- Liaising with other departments to enable responses to enquiries outside of general remit
- Attending virtual events (at least once a week), in-person meet-ups and our flagship event in March in London
- Maintaining the CRM
- Working in collaboration with initiatives to support from a Women in Data membership perspective, e.g. approving new Girls in Data volunteers
- Content gathering/research for website and newsletter
- Monitoring registration processes for all events; making suggestions for improvement
Skills:
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple projects.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
- Problem solving skills.
- Willing and able to learn about new systems, requirements and procedures.

Expected salary:
