Position

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the community for a Healthcare Support Worker band 3 within the Out of Hours District Nursing Service.

The position is offered on a permanent basis.

What you will do:

You will work as part of the multidisciplinary team carrying out a range of personal care activities, clinical care tasks and other duties.

Knowledge, training and/or experience required to do the job:

You will have SVQ3 in Healthcare related subject and / or equivalent knowledge gained in a relevant area through experience, on the job training and/or short courses or appropriate competency to undertake role.

You must be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be able to provide evidence of personal development and a willingness to undertake appropriate training.

Hours:

4 positions – 30 hour posts

1 post – 12 hour

Driving Licence/Car Ownership:

Car licence/Car ownership is essential to this role.
