Salary: £28 Day, £35 Night & Saturday, £45 Sundays and bank Holidays
This Job is a Community Mental Health Practitioner band 6 line of work. You will be working in the Witney area covering 37.5 hours per week.The hours are flexible and you would be expected to cover shifts such as 7am – 3pm, 9am – 5pm and 12pm to 8pm.
You Will work within the Adult mental health team, providing mental health treatment in the community for patients with mental health needs, identified within Cluster 4-17, Supporting patients to work towards their own recovery. You will act as CPA Care coordinator for a defined case load and provide home treatment for patients experiancing a mental health crisis.
Desired skills:
The ability to observe, assess and respond appropriately to patient needs
Effective team work skills
Carrying out Care Act assessments and Safeguarding work.
To be considered you must:
Be UK NMC Registered
Have a minimum of 6 months working in Mental health as a Qualified RMN in the NHSHave an up-to-date DBS / DBS on the update system online
