B6 Community Nurse – NHS
A local NHS Trust we are currently working with are seeking a B6 Community Nurse to join their team in Stafford. You will be required to work closely with uni/multi-disciplinary teams/agencies in addressing a range of care/support issues across the spectrum of conditions, preventing unnecessary hospital admissions and improving the health and wellbeing of the population served.
Pay rates: £25 per hour
Department: Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent Care Group – Planned Care
Contract: 3-month initial contract with potential for extension
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm
Location: Greyfairs, Stafford
To be eligible for these positions, you will need to be a registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin and have experience working in the community.
