Transportation Partner Experience (TPX) is seeking a Community Partner Manager to own and execute the advisory group strategy for Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) in Spain and Amazon Freight Partners (AFPs) in United Kingdom. As a partner manager for TPX, you will be responsible for several key items that ensure the advisory group’s success. This includes but not limited to (1) comprehensive strategy to maximize ambassador group influence and impact, (2) integration and partnership with key program teams on topic intake and output, and (3) scalable mechanisms for in-person and virtual meeting execution. This role has regular visibility to Sr. Manager and Director level leadership stakeholders.

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:
London, United Kingdom
Madrid, Spain

Key job responsibilities
– Own ongoing ambassador expansion strategy for Spain and United Kingdom
– Work across cross-functional teams (EU DSP and EU AFP program teams) to ensure the correct level of ambassador group feedback integration including proactive and reactive changes to the program
– Provide effective written and verbal updates to senior leadership

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

– Bachelor’s degree
– Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
– Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
– Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
– Experience in program or project management
– Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
– Experience defining and executing program requirements

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

– Experience in driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
– Experience leading process improvements
– Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
– Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
