A Specialist Charity is looking for a Qualified Social Worker to work with Older People in the community. This is a permanent and full-time position.

Responsibilities for you as the Social Worker:
- Managing a caseload
- Carrying out Assessments
- Providing intervention (Welfare benefits advice, advocacy, emotional support, lifestyle advice)
- Reporting to the Senior Social Worker
- Working with partner agencies & professionals
Requirements of you as the Social Worker:
- A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)
- Experience within Adult’s Social Work
- A Social Work England registration
- Must hold a full UK Driving Licence
Location: South Yorkshire/North Nottinghamshire
Salary: £31,822
