Look no further! Our client is seeking dedicated individuals to join their team as Community Support Officers in London, SW6 1DT.

As a Community Support Officer, your main tasks involve developing and executing support plans customised to meet the unique needs of each client. You will actively seek out and facilitate access to relevant opportunities for their well-being, including mental health services and leisure activities. Moreover, you will work on enhancing and sustaining their independent living skills while advocating for their rights and needs. Additionally, you will be dedicated to supporting clients in integrating smoothly into the local community.

Hours of Work: 2 year Fixed Term Contract, Full time: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Community Support Officer Requirements:

They would particularly like to hear from candidates who have a genuine interest in helping people to maintain their quality of life and independence, regardless of the potential barriers they face. You must be patient, kind and sympathetic to the difficulties that an individual faces. You will facilitate their independence as much as possible and encourage their wellbeing at the same time. They would also like to hear from candidates who have experience in Support planning and working with caseloads.
