Job description: Interested in supporting people in the community? Our Community Transport service, supports those older and more vulnerable in our community to continue an active lifestyle, attending our Centres for the Community, classes, support groups and medical appointments. The service also assists children and young adults on their journey to and from school.We are looking for someone who will ensure our clients are in a safe, welcoming, inclusive, and enjoyable environment.About you

  • You will have a full current D1 driving licence for at least 2 years, with basic literacy and numeracy skills.
  • You can bring community transport experience and knowledge to this role.
  • You will have good time management skills, be able to navigate and work effectively in a busy, client facing service.
  • You are focused on delivering good customer service, helping to make a difference for our residents.
  • You will have good organisational and communication skills and enjoy being part of a team.
  • You will be based at our transport depot at the River Mole Business Park in Mill Road Esher.
