Part Time/Permanent position
30 hours per week over 4 days
Dartford – Kent
Based on-site with potential travel to other sites.

Remit
Compass Associates are delighted to be working with a leading community health care group in their search for a Ward Pharmacist working within their Community Hospitals across North Kent. The group have provided the highest of quality in community health and care services since their inception nearly 20 years ago, and are well renowned in the sector for their commitment to supporting local communities and providing a positive impact with the work that they provide.
The hospital are currently searching for an experienced Pharmacist to provide their pharmaceutical knowledge and experience in overseeing the medicines management service across the community hospital sites. You will be responsible for promoting patient-centred clinical practice overseeing medication reviews and reconciliation, as well as ensuring service is provided in a timely manner.

Requirements
– Degree in Pharmacy MPharm, BSc or BPharm
– GPHC Registration
– At least 3 years’ within Pharmacy.
– Previous experience within hospital preferred but not essential.
– Passion for high quality care.
– Motivated individual.
– Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
– High sense of personal responsibility.
Location
This role will be based in Dartford, with requirement for travel to sites in Gravesend, Sittingbourne and Sheppey.
