Role Description: As the PPP Construction Lead, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for managing a dedicated group of construction professionals. Your role will involve overseeing team management, leading improvement programs, and challenging the status quo. This includes temporary works oversight, lifting operations oversight, coordination of design, and collaboration with Lot Partners and Key Delivery Partners. Responsibilities / Required Skillsets:

  • Team management and reporting
  • Leading improvement programs
  • Undertaking assurance to identify improvement areas and utilizing risk management to establish programs of work
  • Temporary Works oversight
  • Lifting Operations oversight
  • Coordination of design
  • Collaboration with Lot Partners and Key Delivery Partners

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Professional qualifications – preferably chartered engineer
  • Temporary Works Coordinator experience
  • Lifting operations experience
  • Experience in a senior position on major projects with complex multi-disciplinary engineering
  • Experience working in a highly regulated industry (preferably nuclear but alternative sectors acceptable)
  • Experience working closely with engineering design to develop the best design outcome
