Job description: The Role
Support the project team with the planning, preparation and supervision of Mechanical works as part of the CA02 framework
Manage and direct Construction site works as defined in the Construction Phase Plan and contract documentation, so as to provide safe, secure and efficient work environment.
Promote high standards of Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental values.
Ensure all activities run to programme and that there is continuity of work for site personnel.
Maintain effective communication with stakeholder.
Qualifications and Skills
Have a Construction/Engineering background.
Proven track record in managing complex projects.
Have good skills in problem analysis and problem solving.
Have ‘hands on’ experience of refurbishment working.
Familiar with working in a nuclear establishment.
Awareness of production and implementation of safe systems of work and ITP’s.
Awareness of work planning, de-confliction, authorisation and be able to close out of work tasks.
Understanding of Company standards in relation to safe systems and methods of work
Knowledge of Client work facilities and the hazards associated with the facility
CSCS Supervisor Card or above.
NVQ L6 in appropriate discipline
