My client is a very reputable Legal 500 rated commercial law firm, who, due to growth, are looking to expand their Construction team based at their office near Mayfair. They are keen to recruit an experienced, dynamic and professional Paralegal with a minimum of at least 1 years experience to support the Construction team.

Duties and responsibilities of a Construction Paralegal:
- Offering general support to the team
- Good range of experience including JCT contracts, warranties, joint ventures, developments, property contacts, development agreements, forward funding agreements and transactions with interactions between the property owner, constructers and third parties.
- Complete administrative tasks such as document scanning, and photocopying as required
- Prepare high quality documentation covering letters, presentations, spreadsheets and reports as required
- Undertake legal research both as requested and on own initiative
- Liaise with colleagues within other teams on new and existing instructions
