My Client is seeking a Construction law paralegal with experience of a minimum of 1 year.
Ideally, you will have a broad range of experience which encompasses JCT contracts, warranties, joint ventures, developments, property contracts, development agreements, forward funding agreements and transactions with interaction between the property owner, constructers and third parties, for example, social housing and energy centres.
The role will be supporting the team, which currently consists of 1 partner and 1 associate, in a very busy department.
