Job Overview:

As a Construction Planner, you will play a key role in the planning and execution of residential development projects in West London. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that construction projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain comprehensive construction schedules for residential development projects.

Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and constraints.

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the project team.

Conduct site visits to assess construction progress and identify any issues that may impact the schedule.

Work closely with subcontractors to coordinate activities and ensure timely project completion.

Utilise industry-standard planning software to create and update project schedules.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Construction Planner in residential development projects.

Proficiency in construction planning software (e.g., Primavera, Microsoft Project).

Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and project management principles.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
