Specializing in Residential and Mixed-use projects, this is is an exceptional opportunity for a Project Manager dedicated to excellence and innovation in the construction sector.

The Construction Project Manager Role

As a key member of our vibrant team, the Construction Project Manager will be responsible for driving projects from inception to completion. You will oversee various Residential projects, upholding the high standards our consultancy is known for.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading the full cycle of Residential and Mixed-use projects across all RIBA stages.
  • Collaborating with diverse teams to ensure efficient achievement of project objectives.
  • Effective communication and coordination with all project stakeholders.
  • Maintaining a strong focus on quality, budget, and time management.

The Construction Project Manager

  • Proven experience in managing Residential projects across different RIBA stages.
  • A strong background in construction consultancy.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • A track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
  • Relevant industry qualifications (such as PRINCE2, APM, RIBA) are highly advantageous.
